Privacy & your choices
Useful measurement. Clear choices.
Basic page counts help us improve Forge. More detailed Google Analytics stays off until you choose to allow it.
Basic page counts
Our website keeps daily totals of requests for public pages, grouped by page and Pacific date. These totals do not store visitor identities, IP addresses, browser identifiers, referring addresses, query strings, or individual request records. Counting does not set an analytics cookie or connect your activity across pages. Known automated requests are counted separately using an imperfect browser-agent classification; page-request totals are not unique visitors or confirmed people.
You can turn off future basic page counts through Analytics preferences in the footer. We save only that choice in a preference cookie for up to six months in this browser. The request that opened the page may already be included in the day's total. We also exclude requests that carry a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, prefetch requests, and private review traffic. Hosting-provider operational logs are separate from these application totals.
Your optional analytics choice
On our public website, Google Analytics loads only after you allow optional analytics. You can decline and continue using every page and contact link. The website opens without an analytics prompt. You can opt in or change either measurement choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. We remember your optional analytics choice in this browser for up to six months. We also respect a browser's Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal by leaving optional analytics off.
What optional analytics measures
With your permission, we measure page visits, general traffic sources, engagement, and selections of our email and telephone links. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical information from your browser, such as device and browser information, to produce reports. Contact-link counts show interest; they do not tell us that an email was sent or a call was completed.
Our contact events use general labels. We do not send email addresses, telephone numbers, message text, or the contents of email links as event details. We do not use Google Signals, advertising personalization, or visitor identity matching. Analytics is disabled on private review sites. For known public pages, we send only the standard page address, without query values or fragments. We reduce referring addresses to their website origin, leaving out paths, query values, and fragments. These safeguards allow consented visits from search engines and campaign links to be counted without sending those link details.
Changing your choices
Turning optional analytics off stops further collection through our site and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies for this domain. It does not erase information already processed by Google. Turning off basic page counts excludes future qualifying requests from this browser; it cannot remove a prior request from an anonymous daily total. Your browser settings can also clear cookies and saved site preferences.

When you contact us
Email and telephone links open your own email or calling application. Each founder’s email link copies the other founder to support follow-up. General inquiries sent to info@forge-consulting.org are delivered to both founders. Information you choose to send is used to respond to your inquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal, patient, or confidential client information in an initial website inquiry.
Website delivery
Our hosting provider processes network information needed to deliver and protect this website. This is separate from our basic page counts and optional Google Analytics. For questions about this notice or your information, contact info@forge-consulting.org.
